Join CADENCE Coaching for a two hour off-road running workshop that will teach you to move quickly and easily across a variety of off-road terrain.
When: Sunday, September 1st. 3:00-5:00pm
The workshop is suitable for runners with a reasonable level of fitness, and consists of a mixture of theory and practice. You will cover between 4-6km through the course of the workshop.
Final details for the workshop will be sent out to registered participants a week prior to the event.
